A mutually beneficial trading agreement in which goods are provided to an agent to be cared for until sold.
How it works
We consign new and very gently used, in-season, on-trend women’s clothing & accessories (shoes, belts, bags, and select Hats/beanies).
We focus on quality and stylish brands and natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and hemp. Items are selected based on brand, condition, demand, sales history, inventory levels, and seasonality. All other items are returned to you. Items we place on consignment are available for sale for approximately 120 days. Pricing may be reduced due to the length of time items are in-store, or for store sales or promotions.
Our Process

Azalea Handpicked Style sets the price for each item we accept. We determine this based on brand, style, condition, resale value and many other factors. Pricing may be reduced due to the length of time items are in-store, or for store sales or promotions. By consigning with us you agree to accept our sale price as final, as well as your portion of store credit or cash.

We offer two payment options: Store Credit (50% of selling price; can be used immediately, store-wide) or Cash (40% of selling price; mailed as a check the month following your sales).
Checks are mailed before the 7th of the month for items sold the previous month. They may take 7-10 days to arrive.

Before Consigning With Us
Review your items to ensure they fit within our brand guidelines. This will ensure that a greater number of your items are accepted, and earn you more money! Have in mind: Would I want to buy the items I’m bringing in?
Please wash and review each item carefully for pet hair, holes, missing buttons, non-working zippers, stains, pilling etc. Items should be in perfect selling condition - clean and fragrance free.
Items not within above guidelines will not be considered.

All consignment is by appointment on Tuesdays between opening hours 10-5:30pm (no exceptions). If you are unable to make it on a Tuesday, please have a friend/relative to bring your bag for you.

Please limit to 3 bags/small bins. Items should be folded neatly, washed and fragrance free. Please no hangers or dry cleaning bags.

Not long! 10-20 minutes for us to review your bag. We encourage consignors to wait while we go through their items. If you must leave your bag, please return for it by closing the same day.
*unclaimed bags will be donated.

Current consignors may walk in between 10-5:30 TUESDAYS ONLY with five items or less for consignment. Otherwise an appointment is required.

You may request that an account summary be emailed to you, which will list all active items on consignment.

We accept limited shipments for consignors outside WA, MT, ID, OR. Send us a detailed email with photos of every item, description/brand/condition info, and we will be in touch with further details.
We are unfortunately unable to cover shipping cost of consignment items, or return shipping on any items we do not accept.

When they sell! We offer 50% of each sale in store credit, OR 40% of each sale in a check mailed monthly.

Item(s) that don't sell will be returned to you. You will receive an email to notify you. If you do not pick up your item(s) within 14 days, the item(s) will become sole property of Azalea Handpicked Style, to be donated or sold for charity purposes.

Yes in limited amounts. At the time of your appointment, we will designate any items we’d like you to bring back at a later time.
Men's clothing? Yes! Quality menswear is hard to find, so double check your items for wear - men are tough on clothes! -
All sales are final. We pay out the consigner as the clothing sells, so we are not able to offer returns.
